The Story Behind Fit Badger

At Fit Badger, we believe that fitness is not just a routine—it’s a way of life. Founded and led by Anubhav, a certified health coach, fitness trainer, and black belt martial artist, Fit Badger is a unique training space built on experience, expertise, and a deep passion for movement.

Anubhav began his fitness journey in 2013 through martial arts. After earning his black belt and winning a bronze medal at the Delhi State level and a silver at the Nationals, he ventured into diverse fitness disciplines. With time, he explored and mastered various training methodologies such as functional training, weight training, yoga, animal flow, calisthenics, and ancient tools like mudgar and kettlebell training. Alongside his practical experience, Anubhav has earned professional certifications in PCOD/PCOS management and biomechanics, making him well-versed in both movement science and hormonal health.
